    Matsu is one of the best sushi restaurants I've ever been too. I've never had a bad or stringy piece of fish and the service has always been great. Might not be the biggest pieces of fish, but the quality is always there. I highly recommend the Matsu Special Roll (It's a hand roll).

    We arrived near the end of the dinner rush, with just a few servers they still got us sat and got us served in a very reasonable time. Great good, friendly servers and Tesla supercharger in the parking lot, worked out great! I also loved how they added crab to the cucumber salad, and just the right amount of seasoning.
