First time visiting. Great experience. We sat outside since the weather was lovely. The food was on point. We had some of their rolls, blended peach margarita, peach nigori, and mochi. I’m allergic to gluten and dairy and they were able to accommodate. Our waitress was amazing!!!! She was happy and friendly. She was also able to make recommendations for what I could eat and what was able to be modified. At one point she told me that the kitchen was unsure about one of the desserts and were reading through the mixes ingredients to make sure instead of just guessing. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend this location. We even got some gluten and dairy free lava cake to go. So excited to try it out when we get home.

Very nice Japanese restaurant and Sushi bar. Nice atmosphere fresh sushi and attentive staff. The sashimi is very fresh and delicious as is the sushi rolls. I like to order the chicken teriyaki with miso soup. The miso is awesome with great flavor and always fresh. I have coming here for 2 years and usually have lunch with the occasion dinner. The price is comparable to other places and the food is better than most. My one complaint that every time I order my meal the chicken teriyaki is always cold. They must make it the second the order is placed and not mindful of the sushi and soup that was just brought out. It is annoying that this happens and only wish they could wait till the first course is done.

My Partner and I attended Banbu on 4/8/25 as a celebration of our first anniversary together. We have been there 3 times now. Food was wonderful , weather and ambience was great . Our sweet server Cassidy was such a great Server. She constantly checked up on us and made sure we were happy. She offered the special of the day , asked how we liked the food and drinks, she always had a smile on her face. At the end before getting the check she offered Dessert , we had to go but we did not turn down the offer. Had the Volcano cake to go and OMG! the best we've had. The ice cream didn't even melt after an approximate 30min drive . Definitely visiting more often. Appetizer : Jalapeño Poppers Roll: Mt. Fuji Roll Entree: Emperor's fried rice Drink : Passion Fruit Sake Dessert: Banbu Volcano Cake

Today 4/21, I’m in town and decided to try this restaurant, The food is good but just not worth the price. We had the teriyaki chicken and crunchy roll, the roll was good once again just not worth the price they’re selling it for. The teriyaki chicken was cubed and dry. Service was poor, friendly waitress but overall the service wasn’t satisfactory from the experience. For over $100 I would expect better service and more quality food than what I received tonight. The restaurant is very beautiful and well maintained overall, but the service and food quality doesn’t stand with the price offered.

We have come here often and unfortunately the food has not been consistent. This last visit for my birthday was disappointing. We order 6 different items and only two things were great (Lemon Roll & Seaweed Salad). We also had to wait 30+ minutes to get our sushi’s after ordering which was not cool considering it wasn’t that busy. We order a small fried rice and a roll as appetizers which our waitress got to us quickly. They said there was a big party in the back which was the reason for the long wait. Everything looks but rice and flavors were not good this trip. I won’t be visiting for awhile as it’s too pricey for Inconsistent food quality.
