I’ve been coming here since the original opening and I’ve seen the transition the restaurant has been through. It’s a good place to come for a quick meal. Service here isn’t the best so if you’re looking for fine dining with top notch service, this is not it! They typically run on minimal staff and they’re running around but the fish are good and fresh. Would totally recommend if you’re shopping at the mall!

Hand Roll Bar that serves recommended sets with trendy comibinations. The Japanese fusion resto has a limited but satisfying menu. Service was relaxed but efficient. Most of the dining is at a semi-outdoor counter bar layout with limited seating on an elevated platform at the courtyard of the Century City mall complex. Even if the layout is stylish and clean, not sure if the open space is a good fit for eating raw food. Good weather is needed. Ideal for quick bites and dates and lone dining.

HRB is a great experience. The sushi quality is top notch. You can tell the sushi here is more traditional and simple, they let the sushi speak for itself and you can tell the quality of the fish really shines through. Yes the meal is expensive. We spent 98$ for a combo 6, miso soup, and a sushi roll. You are paying for quality. If you are starving I might suggest something else. If you are looking for a high quality sushi experience I would suggest checking out HRB.

This place was good but not great and that's only due to the portion sizes. For the amount you pay for a roll, you would expect to at least get a little more out of the hand roll/sushi roll. The handrolla are literally 2 bites each which just does not cut it in my opinion. The fish was just a spoon full over rice basically. Disappointed but still good sushi. The salmon sashimi was 🔥🔥 and like butter in the mouth. Try it out for yourself!

For single girls seeking a sushi haven with flair, this spot nails it. Whether it's a quick snack or pre-dinner cocktails, the menu caters to every craving. But what truly sets it apart is the outdoor ambiance – a chic setting that invites you to linger, sip, and savor. Here, under the starlit sky, surrounded by the buzz of the city, every bite feels like a mini adventure. So, gather your tribe, indulge in the finest rolls, and toast to the moments that make life deliciously memorable. It's more than a dining experience; it's a rendezvous with culinary delight.
