I would have given a zero star if I had the option. This restaurant is expensive, not clean and extremely poor service! We came in for lunch today, ramen came in way late compared to other items. The server didn’t check in at our table at all. For their ramen, it missed many ingredients shown on the menu, such as fish cake, bamboo shoots, sweet corn, and sprouts. Food is below average and service is unacceptable. Terrible experience.

This review is for takeout. The restaurant always packs the food well, including utensils when requested. The staff is friendly, and the place is clean.

I was a regular at the Reseda location awhile back and frequented the place when it was directly next to Ralph's. A few years back it relocated to the east of Sprouts and I kinda of stopped going to it regularly. I would time to time come in and it would be ok. Somehow it lost whatever ambiance it had back in the day. I came in today, May 1st 2022 around and it pretty dead. All the empty booths had not been cleared, like 5 booths. There was only one waiter on the schedule and he was also in charge of bussing the tables. Man that's rough trade. We sat and he took awhile to get our orders. Our food took 20 minutes to be served. The good news the sushi was very good and fresh. Had the salmon sushi, tarzan roll, Philly roll all really good. I hope they can get their staffing issues fixes because the food is worth coming back to.

I ended up having a party of 19 including me that didn't come at once( server nightmare) and kept adding tables to our group. They handled it like champs. Can't remember male servers name but he rocked and delt with us no problem. Food rocked as always. Thank you chefs. My only complaint was that they had to close but that was not their fault. Next time i come from Florida I'm def having another large party there. Thank you guys for helping making a great dinner amazing.

Excellent sushi but the ginger was off and tasted extra fermented. The fish and seafood is very fresh. Lots of menu options here. There's also sake & beer here.
