    The atmosphere was nice, but unfortunately, the food was disappointing. Having grown up partially in Asia and being a huge sushi lover, I had high hopes. The nigiri was decent, but every roll we ordered was overloaded with cheap fillers and seriously lacking in fish. The “crunchy” rolls were almost entirely crunch—so much that I could barely see or taste any fish at all (see photo). Rolls that included cucumber or their mayo-heavy imitation crab salad were the same story—mostly that with very little actual fish. My Japanese friend and I left feeling pretty let down. I personally would not come back.

    My favorite affordable sushi spot. Their lunch special is excellent — two rolls plus salad and soup for around $17 including tax and tip. If you want a third roll, it’s just a little more. The sushi is delicious and the staff are great.

    Intimate setting with great view of the sushi chefs and bar even from the tables. Also AMAZING view of Sloan Lake! Service was 🤩! Sushi quality is exquisite, especially the Oysters! 🦪

    The restaurant is a throwback to earlier days and still looks like the bars from the Northside! The sushi choices are many and they have pretty much any combination you'd want. They also have oysters and sashimi 😋 We shared their Udon noodle soup and a couple of sushi rolls. It was a perfect dinner. Hot green tea rounded out our healthy and very filling meal.

    We love this place. We've been a few times now and realized we've never had a bad experience and needed to leave a review. I love the food and the service is ALWAYS good. We rode our bikes over from West Colfax. Really appreciate having them so close to our neighborhood!
