Ordered sushi to go. I ordered the Yellowtail jalapeño roll, which was good. Also ordered the spicy shrimp mango roll. It was delicious! This was my first time trying this kind of roll. Never had fruit in a roll before, so I was a bit hesitant. But it was one of the best rolls I've ever had! The restaurant is really nice. The young woman in the front was so kind. I'm definitely coming back to have a sit-down experience.

Took 20 minutes after seating before waitress came to the table to take drink orders. Chef didn’t come to the table until one hour and 15 minutes after our reservation. Chicken had no flavor wouldn’t recommend. Veggies, rice, noodles and sauces were great. No check provided so had to go to the front … apparently waitress just never dropped check off and was supposed to provide us a check at the table. Staff not that attentive. Probably won’t be back, mediocre experience. Pricing ok. Location is nice.

The hibachi room was freezing ! No heat! The filet mignon was delicious. The shrimp tasted bad. To sit in a cold room is not enjoyable in 24 degree weather. Thumbs down. No one was in the restaurant. 4 other people. Strange on a Thursday night! I have been there many times. Food is always good. But a cold room, forget it.

We went on a Friday night and it was packed. Had to wait 20 minutes for a table. Service was ok, they never came to check on us after the food came. Never asked us if we wanted another drink from the bar. But the food was excellent! Very fresh and delicious. Definitely would come back for the food

Fusion 25 is a mixed hibachi experience. When entering the hibachi room, it is freezing cold. It may take a while for the waiters to take your order, and even longer for the chef to come out. The food is good, and decently priced. We needed to ask for sauce, which is normally provided at the start of the diner.
