Sushi Sho is one of North America's finest sushi restaurants. The price is commensurate with the quality. A definite do not miss for a special occasion meal or just a well deserved treat.

Truly amazing and extraordinary, every course is a masterpiece of craftsmanship. The sparking sake in particular was unexpectedly outstanding. Only problem is it’s so hard to book, but still, I look forward to returning soon.

3rd visit. The quality has dropped significantly compared to 2022 visit. omakase round offers mostly cheap American fish from USA west coast. It's Very unbelievable to have a Seattle dungeness crab, which is 10$/lb in the States, WA/Boston clams/oysters, sb uni, CA eel in the so called high-end sushi place. I guess good stuff are all sent to their nyc spot. Okonomi was also super disappointing. No kuruma, no hairy crab, no shoko. It's Very funny They now put snapper, salmon roe and squid as extra.

Absolutely floored by this spot. Don’t get sticker shock because of the price. While it is steep, it is 100% worth every penny. This has got to be in my top 3 sushi experiences I’ve ever been to. I’ve traveled to Japan and beyond, and this place was incredible. Incredible quality. Fantastic service. If you love sushi, You cannot miss this!
