I’ve been a loyal customer for the past 5 years, always enjoying fresh sushi with soft rice and flavorful crab and tuna. However, my last two orders in recent months were disappointing. The rice was dry, hard, and cold. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first time, assuming it was an off day, but unfortunately, the second order had the same issues. I hope they can return to their previous quality because I’ve always loved their sushi.

I only have ordered to Takeout and delivery. I love this family owned and operated Sushi 🍣 restaurant. Manny Sushi places are opening and closing in the neighborhood before I even get to try them and the ones I have given a chance they don't surprise me for the positive. I was a Banzai customer before Sushi House 21. I like both but Sushi House 21 is the most consistent and reliable! Updated Review: New owners for sure! I ordered from here almost every Saturday. I went away in the summer 2024 for 3 months came back to a big disappointment. One of the times no Wasabi on the order, also the soy sauce packages are scarce and the rolls are messy. I order 2 rolls and at least four of the peace had shrimp shell on it. It is annoying to chew on shrimp shell only the one end piece should have the shell where it could easily be pulled off. Anyways this time I got Wasabi but the order was very messy the rolls are coming apart. It is very disappointing to say the least!

Overall great place for sushi in the neighborhood. They've got a decent lunch set (2 rolls + soup/salad for $11.50 or 3 rolls + soup/salad for $15.50) and a happy hour deal (5 rolls for $22). Order directly with them, the delivery platforms charge more for the food.

Very tasty sushi with friendly service, especially the lunch menu has a good price-performance ratio and is highly recommended.

The food that was supposed to be hot/warm was cold. Over fried gyoza, no taste and hard, rolls poorly rolled, could not be grabbed in one piece. Food overall had no taste. Wasabi only in 1 tray out of the 3 that should have it. Very disappointed with this place, I ordered in based to the reviews, too expensive for what I got. First and last time ordering here.
