Cute little Japanese restaurant near Mt Airy downtown. Huge selection of rolls and sushi, hibachi. Full bar with cocktails, beer, wine and sake. Portions are good for the price. We did sharable appetizers and it was plenty of food for us. Josie, was very friendly and gave great recommendations for food and other things to do in the area. The decor was beautiful, I love all the art and kimonos.

We sat at the cool bar. They have 2. We got gyoza for an appetizer and we shared a bowl called Guaca-Poke. Both very good. Both shareable. Josie was very friendly and helpful. We went early on a Saturday. Josie said it gets very busy.

From a simple salad to the Sushi & Sashimi, fresh and delicious. From waitress to the chef at the bar, the service was great!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kazoku Sushi and Bar, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh and flavorful sushi that left me wanting more. What made the evening even more memorable was our server, Traci George. Traci is hands down the best server I've ever encountered. Her warm and inviting personality, combined with her high energy, made our visit truly enjoyable. She was attentive without being intrusive, and her recommendations were spot on! If you're looking for a fantastic dining experience with amazing food and top-notch service, Kazoku Sushi and Bar is the place to go. Thank you, Traci, for making our night so special!

Sushi is not the norm in our town, but Kazoku always delivers! They have extremely fresh fish and some very unique combinations of flavors. I can say the Thirsty Souls roll is one of my personal favorites! My wife enjoys the hibachi and the kiddos enjoy being introduced to the sushi life! Easy atmosphere and fun bar.
