Love going here with my friends! The food is always so good, and the staff is always so nice! Much more affordable than other sushi places and a great deal considering the high quality of the ingredients!! There’s not as many vegetarian options as I’d prefer however the asparagus roll is SO so good! The service is quick and the atmosphere is nice and it’s right downtown! Plenty of street parking and pay-to-park lots within a block of here!

4/24 8pm. My husband and son visited 541. On arriving home my husband mentioned that the sushi tasted off. Both my son and husband are experiencing food poisoning, my son was sent home from school 4/25 12pm with a stomach ache and by 3pm was vomiting. 4/26 7am diarrhea for both my husband and son. It cost them over $100 to get this diarrhea. 541 clean up your act this is disgusting. Health department is following up.

Awesome Sushi bar! Everything was delicious, and the sushi was fresh. all of the staff was very friendly, and welcoming. Sushi, and Miso soup were very delicious. I wish I would've caught the name of the Woman, and young man there, but they were absolutely amazing and very friendly. 10/10 would recommend and go back next time we are in Eugene.

This is my favorite moving sushi bar in Eugene 😋. Thet are always happy to make you any roll that's not on the belt and the service is always friendly and Accommodating. Try to save me a seat if you make this your new sushi bar 🍣 Don't listen to haters who come to a Sushi belt and order soup and a box of non-sushi items like overpriced grapes and cheesecake. Those people are petty and better off at Fred Meyers 😒
