We came here to celebrate my husband's birthday and they did not disappoint. From the food to the service, everything was excellent! The sushi was fresh with amazing flavors. During the whole dinner the chef would interact with the customers and allow us to ask questions.

Super strong and authentic sushi offering — high end omakase. Chef is legit… has good experiences skills with temperature, texture, and flavour balance. No fusion BS at all…. Shari was very good as well as his seasonal selection of fish. Reasonable price too (even compared to Japan/Asia). Only downside is a larger-than-usual sushi counter to which we were met with a rather rowdy crowd disturbing the experience. To be expected outside of Japan though…. But overall very solid meal 8.5/10.

Overpriced. The food and service at Sushi Suzuki are quite nice: the experience is fun and the food is delicious and satiating. The staff is friendly and the chefs do a great job. However, at a cost of $325 for a single seat and a drink pairing, it is not worth the experience, in my opinion. I have been to Michelin star restaurants and similar Omakase restaurants in Hell's Kitchen that are cheaper, and fully deserving of their status. With the addition of a mandatory 20% gratuity/service charge (equally applied to any alcohol), the now $390 price point (plus tax) is too inflated for this Seattle restaurant.

My wife and I love a good omakase. This little hole in the wall reminds me of the exclusively of a Los Angeles Michelin star sushi bar with the quaint modern style you would find in Portland. Absolutely loved the food. The staff is wonderful. I'm mixed about hyping this place too much because getting a table was a little tough, but they totally deserve it. Definitely worth the visit, but make sure to make a reservation well in advance!
